Certification:

All certificates will be issued on payment to Pathway Training & Consultancy. However if certification is required on the day of the course then payment must be paid prior or on the completion of the day.

Non-attendance:

If non-attendance occurs the full charge of the course will be applied, having booked. Or for example, if 10 students are to attend and 12 arrive, then the individual pricing for the course will be applied for both.

Cancellations:

Pathway Training and Consultancy have the right ot cancel or alter dates or provision of service, the venue and the individual, or organisation providing the service. For cancellations of participating parties that are less than 7 days in advance, 80% of the full course will be charged.
