It is company policy to develop and organise its systems of management in such a way that it complies with customer expectations. An integral part of this management system will be to measure our standards against set objectives of clarity, competence and value-for-money. In this way we measure our own performance and aim to continually improve the effectiveness of the management system. PTCUK is fully insured; our public liability insurance satisfies all legal requirements.
